On 13 November, 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially issued Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN in replacement for Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT on the List of Products required for TA certification and SDoC. The issuance of this Circular shall set out the legal basis for the Quality Center to grant TA certification for 6 GHz wifi in Vietnam. For other changes in this new Circular, we have updated them on our previous post on its draft.
This Circular shall take effective from 31 December 2025. It will be published in the official website of MoST soon.
