- For some QCVNs of which extreme condition tests are exempted until 30 June 2025 under Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT, if the local lab still can not be able to perform extreme condition tests, the ceasing term will be extended to 30 June 2026;
- Under this Draft, TA certificates issued after 15 July 2023 will continue their effectiveness until the expiry date. It could mean that TA certificates issued before 15 July 2023 could considered as null and void from the effective date of this Circular (???)
